Karma Chocolate

Karma Chocolate is a distinctive decorative dahlia with elegant, waterlily-shaped blooms in rich shades of dark chocolate, merlot and deep burgundy. Despite its dramatic colouring, the blooms have a surprising warmth that sets them apart from other dark dahlias. One of the few dahlias with a noticeable fragrance, it carries a delicate floral scent with subtle chocolate notes—a rare characteristic that inspired its name. Bred as a cut flower, Karma Chocolate produces long, strong stems and upward-facing blooms while remaining a more compact plant, typically reaching around one metre tall. Equally at home in the garden or the vase, it's a variety we look forward to growing—and breeding from—each season.
